Following the successful launch of TracSafe® anti-slip sealants in 2021, Daich Coatings is now launching TracSafe® anti-slip coloured coatings. This sealant is clear and designed to be applied to existing finished surfaces. It has high opacity, is easy to apply and looks great with light stone flecks that sparkle in the sun.
TracSafe products bond securely to a variety of indoor and outdoor flooring materials including concrete, masonry, stone and pavers, ceramic tile, vinyl, linoleum and finished flooring.
Daich recommends applying two coats of TracSafe Coloured Non-Slip Colour Coating to begin the job. Then finish with two coats of TracSafe Non-Slip Sealer. TracSafe Coloured Non-Slip Colour Coating is as easy to apply as paint and is available in Graphite, Grey, Cream, Clay Brick and Terracotta.
Start by applying a color coat to give the surface a uniform color. Apply a clear sealer, which will protect the coating from dirt, water, and chemicals, and will also give the floor an extra layer of slip resistance.
Both TracSafe products have been tested and found to be twice as safe as recommended industry safety standards. This product provides superior slip resistance and durability in all weather conditions, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, slips and falls were the second-leading cause of nonfatal work-related injuries and illnesses between 2014 and 2018. The 2020 Occupational Injury and Illness Survey Report shows that there were a total of 211,640 trip, slip, and fall-related accidents in the private sector in 2020.

To install TracSafe Non-Slip Color Coating, use a 3/8″ paint roller and apply two coats of the product a few hours apart. Then, after curing for 24 hours, apply two coats of TracSafe Non-Slip Sealant. After another 24 hours, the system is ready for people to walk on.
TracSafe slip-resistant technology creates a smooth traction surface with effective slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions. It works on bare feet and a variety of walking and work shoes.
