INTRODUCTION
The coated glass bead has been treated with high quality organic materials on their surface, thus bearing better features in quality. They are manufactured from high grade Soda Lime Silica Glass containing SiO2 around 70%. They are free from free Lead, Iron and Silica.

  • REFLECTION EFFECT
    In rainy and wet weather, ordinary glass beads would be surrounded by water and result in the low reflection rate. However, the glass beads with coated can maintain the reflection effect to a great extent. The glass beads for road marking can improve the retro-reflective performance of the road surface coating & increase the safety for night driving.
  • WORKING EFFICIENCY
    Ordinary glass beads would pile up in the sprayer after absorbing water. However, glass beads with coated would not so, thus increasing the working efficiency.
  • INTEGRITY
    Since glass beads with coated contain special adhesives, thus improving the integrity between the glass beads and the paints.
  • PREVENT SINKING
    Coated glass beads can prevent sinking of micro beads to the bottom of paints.
  • FLOATABILITY
    Because of its feature of floatability, it will be in the floating state when being used & it has the maximum surface area which can increase the rate of utilization for more than 30%
  • WEATHER RESIST
    In coated glass beads, the phenomenon of adsorbing dust in the air on the surface of glass beads is lessened, it is damp proof, light protective & applicable to use in the districts where it abound with rain, fog & damp.
